ABOUT US
WalletChargeback is a decentralized application running on blockchain and secured by open source smart contract. It acts as a neutral party to protect your cryptocurrency investments from potential fraudulent actions.
No governing entity controls your funds, no one can prevent you from withdrawing your funds.
How It Works
When a receiver initializes an escrow transaction, the cryptocurrency token is locked in the smort contract Once the service-demander completes KYC (know your customer), the registered wallet address will be approved for the escrow to release the funds.
If a dispute occurs, the walletchargeback escrow will be able to start investigation for the dispute, intervene and refund the transaction, or release them to the service-demander.
The service-demander (buyer) deposits a negotiated amount in the address and the serviceman is notified of the withdrawal. Thus, the serviceman is not responsible for completing the KYC service. During the entire service period, it is the responsibility of the WalletChargeback to ensure the security of the money. Once the KYC is completely done it is the responsibility of the service-demander to initiate withdrawal and he WalletChargeback will pay out the balance and the deposited amount to the service-demander wallet address or local bank account.
If the service done is disapproved by the service-demander, WalletChargeback will hold the money unless a decision is taken. Otherwise, WalletChargeback keeps the money as an escrow fee charge. There might be a case that the service-demander doesn't want to go further with the contract and requests a cancellation. This awaits cancellation confirmation from the serviceman upon whose positive response the escrow contract is cancelled and the money deposited in the escrow is returned back with the escrow fee being charged.
